Smoothie for Breakfast with Oatmeal

Nutritious, vitamin, and trendy breakfast. Smoothie is a thick drink with uniform consistency. In a glass with an airtight lid, you can drink smoothies while driving on the way to work, for example. Therefore, such a breakfast is ideal for those who value their time and take care of their health.

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes 12 tablespoons
  • Bananas 180 gr
  • Kiwi 120 gr
  • Raspberry 60 gr
  • Blueberries 120 gr
  • Water 180 ml
  • Yogurt 600 ml

Directions

  1. Peel the banana and cut it into slices. Add to blender glass. Add all other ingredients to the blender glass.
  2. Wash the kiwi, peel, and cut into thin slices.
  3. Wash blueberries and raspberries. Shake off excess water slightly.
  4. It is better to choose oatmeal that is subject to long cooking. Add cold water, or ice water if you prefer an ice-cold smoothie. It will perfectly refresh on a hot summer morning.
  5. Add yogurt. I used sugar-free low-fat yogurt. But anyone will do, according to your taste.
  6. Beat the smoothie in a blender for a minute or until smooth. Serve immediately.
