Smoothie “For Breakfast”

A quick and tasty, and most importantly, healthy breakfast at your table – a banana smoothie with oatmeal.

Cook: 10 minutes

Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • Milk – 1 glass
  • Banana – 1 pc.
  • Oatmeal – 2 tbsp
  • Honey – 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Pour the milk over the oatmeal. Let them brew for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Peel and slice the banana.
  3. Add banana and honey to the milk and cereal to taste. Beat everything well with a blender.
  4. Breakfast Smoothie is ready.
