Mince or chop the trail mix (especially the nuts) with a knife.
Melt the butter in a small pot, then let it cool slightly. Then mix the butter with the oat flakes well and finally add all the other ingredients and stir (you don`t need a hand mixer, a simple wooden spoon will do it too).
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
Place the teaspoon-sized dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, spaced a little apart. Put in the hot oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
The biscuits are still soft when they come out of the oven, they harden when they cool down.
