Ingredients
- 125 g butter
- 200 g oatmeal, tender
- 150 grams sugar
- 125 g flour
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon, leveled cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 100 g trail mix
- Lemon peel, grated

- Mince or chop the trail mix (especially the nuts) with a knife.
- Melt the butter in a small pot, then let it cool slightly. Then mix the butter with the oat flakes well and finally add all the other ingredients and stir (you don`t need a hand mixer, a simple wooden spoon will do it too).
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
- Place the teaspoon-sized dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, spaced a little apart. Put in the hot oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
- The biscuits are still soft when they come out of the oven, they harden when they cool down.
- Makes about 40 pieces.
