Instructions

First mix all the spices and the garlic with the lemon juice. Then stir the mixture with 1 - 2 tablespoons of oil to a paste. If you like, you can also use a ready-made mixture of spices. Then you just touch that with the oil.
Cut an onion into half rings. Prepare a baking dish, preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Now brush a minute steak with about 1 teaspoon of the spice mixture, a couple of onion rings and the next minute steak with spice paste and onions on top. Just rub the top disc with oil, no longer brush with spices, otherwise it will burn. Now in the oven for 30 - 40 minutes. In the meantime, prepare french fries or rice as a side dish.
Roughly grate half a cucumber, squeeze it out (to get rid of the excess water) and mix it with the garlic, quark and sour cream. Add about 0.5 teaspoons of salt and season with a little lemon, pepper and, if necessary, more salt.
When the meat is cooked through (i.e. no longer pink), take it out of the oven and let it rest for another five minutes. Then cut into small pieces with a sharp knife and an auxiliary fork. So it is enough for two to four people depending on their hunger.
