Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 2 egg (s)
  • 400 g suar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 300 ml milk
  • 440 g flour
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 300 g butter, melt

For the cast:

  • 50 g butter, melt
  • 200 g powdered suar
  • 4 tablespoon coffee, cold
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and sugar until frothy. Add the remaining ingredients and stir.
  2. Spread the dough on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven top and bottom heat at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes.
  3. For the glaze, mix all the ingredients into a smooth mass and spread on the cold cake. Sprinkle the coconut flakes on the still moist glaze.
