Ingredients
- 0.25 ¼ lemon (s), add the juice
- 125 g yourt
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon flaxseed
- 4 tablespoon oatmeal
- 2 tablespoon cucumber (s), quartered
- 6 cherry tomato (s), halved
- lamb`s lettuce
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cumin powder

- Mix lemon juice, yoghurt and flaxseed in a bowl, season with salt, pepper and cumin and place in a large mason jar. Then layer the oat flakes and tomatoes. Now put the quartered cucumber slices and finally the lamb`s lettuce in the glass. This keeps the salad fresh and easy to take with you on the go.
