- 125 g butter
- 280 g oat flakes, or spelled flakes, or both mixed
- 50 g almond (s) or hazelnuts, round
- 100 g honey, liquid
- 2 egg (s)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 50 g block chocolate

- Preheat the oven to 175 ° C hot air.
- Melt the butter slowly at a low temperature. Put the oat flakes and nuts in a bowl and pour the melted butter over them, stir carefully and let stand for about 10 minutes.
- Whisk the honey and eggs together. Add baking powder and salt. Carefully stir in the cooled oatmeal mixture. Finally fold in the chocolate cut into small pieces.
- Place small heaps with two teaspoons on the baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
