  • 100 g honey
  • 100 g syrup
  • 100 g suar
  • 150 g mararine
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ ginger, ground

Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients, then roll out and cut out cookies. Possibly Decorate with flaked almonds or egg white.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 G = electric stove for 10 minutes
  3. It`s a simple dough and the cookies are really soft. If necessary, keep in a can for a few days, together with a piece of apple. But they don`t get that old with us!
