Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients (butter to oat flakes) briefly with the hand mixer on the highest setting to a uniform mass. Bake about 10 waffles one after the other in the waffle iron. Serve with icing sugar, maple syrup, eggnog, cream or chocolate sauce, if you like.
