Grate the carrot and apple and drizzle with lemon juice. Mash the banana.
Bring the milk and water with vanilla and cinnamon to the boil while stirring. Add the oatmeal and flaxseed and continue to simmer. Add orange juice, banana, carrot and apple and let simmer until the desired consistency is reached. Always stir so that nothing burns.
Pour the finished porridge into a plate and garnish with walnuts.
