Instructions

  1. Mash the banana with a fork. Cut the red plum into small pieces.
  2. Bring the milk and water with vanilla, cinnamon and chilli flakes to the boil while stirring. Then add the oatmeal, flaxseed and sesame seeds and continue to simmer. Add the mashed banana and simmer while stirring until the desired consistency is achieved. Put the porridge on a plate and garnish with the red plum pieces.
