Instructions

  1. Clean and finely chop the spring onions and radishes. Wash the cress and cut from the bed. Dice the camembert and mix with the butter, lightly mash everything with a fork. Then stir in the spring onions, radishes and cress. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
