Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Shape the mixture into approx. 8 - 10 saucer-sized patties with a thickness of approx. 1 cm. Heat a large pan with cooking oil. Then fry the patties, turning them frequently. Be careful, the sugar will turn them brown very quickly.
  2. You can also serve scrambled eggs and toast.
  3. Another variant would be to pick up the sausage and mix it in the pan with a roux, broth and cream to make a breakfast gravy and serve it with buttermilk rolls.
