Mix the milk, eggs, sugar, salt and sunflower oil in a bowl until no more lumps can be seen. Add the flour. If necessary, add a little more flour, depending on how firm and rollable you want the blini to be.
Heat a little sunflower oil in a pan and add approx. 1 ladle of dough at a time and fry until it hardens at the top. Then turn. After 2 blini, add 1 teaspoon of sunflower oil to the pan again and again.
The blini taste very good with nut nougat cream, jam or hearty with cream cheese or crème fraîche.
