First cut the Emmentaler and the meat sausage into very small cubes. Now peel the onions and garlic and cut them into very small cubes.
Now put the oil, vinegar and mustard in a large enough bowl and mix carefully. Then add the onions, garlic, Emmentaler cheese and meat sausage and mix well.
Chill the salad for at least 3-4 hours and stir frequently.
Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving.
