Put the flour with the yeast in a bowl, mix with the water and 50 ml olive oil and cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
In the meantime, cut the ham into fine strips / cubes. Then add the ham, olives and salt to the dough.
Spread the rest of the oil into a loaf pan and pour the dough into the pan, leave to rise for another 45 minutes.
Put the mold in the preheated oven (about 200 °) and after about 10 minutes of baking time, scratch the top lengthways with a knife. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Take the bread out of the oven, let it cool down briefly and turn it out of the pan.
