I propose to prepare a convenient snack – olives in cheese, with herbs. Such mysterious green balls on any festive table will attract the special attention and interest of all those present.
Wash the tomato and cut it into thin strips, which are stuffed with olives.
Prepare a salad from which we will make balls. To do this, grate processed cheese and boiled egg on a fine grater. Add garlic and mayonnaise squeezed through a press.
Then mix everything well.
Wrap each olive with cooked cheese salad and place the cheese and olives on a plate with finely chopped dill.
Roll the olives in the greens until the dill is completely covered in the cheese. Then put the appetizer on a platter and serve the cheese and olives to the table.
