A breakfast option that can be prepared in just 5 minutes. An omelet with sour cream and cheese is delicious, satisfying and, most importantly, very fast!
Break the egg into a bowl and add flour. Grind well.
Add sour cream and salt to the egg-flour mixture.
Beat with a whisk.
Preheat a frying pan and brush with vegetable oil. Pour the egg and sour cream mixture there. Cover and fry the omelet with sour cream over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.
Gently turn the omelette with a spatula. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Fry for a couple of minutes, until the cheese melts.
Put the finished omelet with sour cream and cheese on a plate, cut into 4 parts and fold each in half. Serve immediately.
