Mix the ingredients for the dough together, preferably mix the flour with the baking powder first, before adding the eggs, spices and milk. I always add a sip of mineral water and the dough swells nicely. Let rest for about 10 minutes, then put the dough in 4 portions in the pan and fry until golden, I put the glass lid of the pan on it to turn it over and tilt it - then slide the lower side of the pancake back into the pan.
Minced meat: mix everything together, bake approx. 4 “flat cakes” the size of your hand in the pan.
I put the cakes on one side of the pancake and then close it.
