Instructions

  1. Peel and puree the bananas and kiwis. Stir citric acid and gelling sugar into the fruit mixture.
  2. Prepare the glasses and place the glasses and lids in hot water.
  3. For this amount I needed 7 glasses of 300g each (about 250ml).
  4. Put the mixture on the stove and cook it for 3-4 minutes. Stir well all the time so that nothing burns.
  5. Now put the jars out of the water on a cloth and immediately pour in the hot jam and close with a lid. Make sure that the edges of the glasses remain clean so that they do not later draw air in these areas and / or start to get moldy.
  6. To cool down, I place the glasses on a folded bath towel and cover them with a second bath towel or a small blanket so that they cool down slowly.
