Sweat the rice with the broccoli cut into florets, the chopped garlic and the shallots. Deglaze with the vegetable stock. Simmer until the rice is almost done.
Chop the turkey meat. Take the pot off the heat and add the turkey meat to the vegetable-rice stock and let it steep. Season with the spices and herbs. Fold in the finely chopped cashews.
Tip: If you want, you can roast the cashews in a pan beforehand. Meat, vegetables and nuts as well as spices and herbs can be varied according to taste.
