This one-pot pasta recipe is ready after 15 minutes at the latest, because there is not much to chop and everything is cooked in one pot. In a nice large pot, it can also be served great for many people.
1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
2. Cut the basil a little smaller, as does the fresh spinach.
3. Put all the ingredients in a large saucepan, add the vegetable stock and cook the pasta in it. If necessary, add more liquid. Season to taste and serve.
