Cut the onion into small cubes and sweat briefly in hot oil in a large saucepan. Then add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Pour in the tomato paste and toast a little. Then deglaze with the broth and add the pasta to the saucepan. Cook for about 5 minutes, then add the broccoli and cream and simmer for another 5 minutes.
In the meantime, dice the tomatoes.
Season the pasta with salt, pepper and paprika powder, arrange on plates, sprinkle with the diced tomatoes and parsley and grate the parmesan over the top to taste.
