Fry the minced meat with the diced onions in a large saucepan. Place the raw pasta on top of the minced onion mixture, top up with Tomato al Gusto, water and cream so that the pasta is covered.
Bring the contents of the pot to the boil and simmer over low heat for approx. 20 minutes. Stir after approx. 15 minutes and make a pasta cooking test.
Serve with fresh basil and freshly grated Parmesan. A fresh salad goes well with it.
