Ingredients
- 300 g round beef
- 250 g pasta, e.. Spirelli
- 1 large onion (s)
- 1 packet tomato sauce (Tomato al Gusto Napoli), approx. 500 g
- 450 ml water
- Cream or milk to taste

- Fry the minced meat with the diced onions in a large saucepan. Place the raw pasta on top of the minced onion mixture, top up with Tomato al Gusto, water and cream so that the pasta is covered.
- Bring the contents of the pot to the boil and simmer over low heat for approx. 20 minutes. Stir after approx. 15 minutes and make a pasta cooking test.
- Serve with fresh basil and freshly grated Parmesan. A fresh salad goes well with it.
