Instructions

  1. Put the ground beef with egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper in a bowl and knead well. Form balls the size of a golf ball.
  2. Heat oil in a large saucepan and fry the balls in it until they turn brown. Deglaze with the beef stock and milk and bring to the boil. If necessary, add a little broth or salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add the pasta and cook until the liquid is well absorbed. Stir in the parmesan until it has melted. At the end, add some freshly chopped parsley.
