- 500 g round beef
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 500 ml milk
- 500 ml beef broth
- 500 g ribbon noodles or e noodles
- salt and pepper
- parsley
- Parmesan, freshly grated

- Put the ground beef with egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper in a bowl and knead well. Form balls the size of a golf ball.
- Heat oil in a large saucepan and fry the balls in it until they turn brown. Deglaze with the beef stock and milk and bring to the boil. If necessary, add a little broth or salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the pasta and cook until the liquid is well absorbed. Stir in the parmesan until it has melted. At the end, add some freshly chopped parsley.
