Peel and finely dice the garlic. Wash the basil leaves, shake dry and roughly chop. Put both in a saucepan with water, cream, pasta, salt and pepper, stir well and bring to the boil. Then turn down the heat and let the pasta simmer covered for 10-12 minutes. Stir occasionally so that the liquid is well distributed.
Dice the mozzarella, wash and halve the tomatoes and stir both in with the parmesan approx. 3 minutes before the end. Then season the dish again and enjoy.
