Place the ingredients in the BBA one after the other (only let the yeast come into contact with the flour). Set the program to normal / white bread and the degree of browning to normal or lightly browned.
Remove from the baking pan after baking, possibly remove the kneading hook from the bread (this can also be removed after the last kneading before baking).
Allow to cool on a wire rack and then store in the bread box, or freeze cut and portioned.
