Ingredients
- 300 ml water, lukewarm
- 400 g flour, type 550
- 1 ½ tablespoon powdered milk
- 0.75 teaspoon ¾ sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 10 g butter, soft
- 100 g cheddar cheese, rated
- 50 g onion (s), peeled, diced and lazed
- 0.75 teaspoon ¾ dry yeast

- Place the ingredients in the BBA one after the other (only let the yeast come into contact with the flour). Set the program to normal / white bread and the degree of browning to normal or lightly browned.
- Remove from the baking pan after baking, possibly remove the kneading hook from the bread (this can also be removed after the last kneading before baking).
- Allow to cool on a wire rack and then store in the bread box, or freeze cut and portioned.
