Instructions

  1. Peel and halve the onions and cut into rings. Then fry in butter until golden brown. Add sugar and caramelize.
  2. Then add the flour, let it sweat briefly and deglaze with the cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. If the sauce boils down too much, you can simply dilute it again with a little water.
