Season the washed schnitzel with pepper, paprika and garlic. Place the seasoned schnitzel in an ovenproof dish. Mix the cream with the cone onion soup, possibly add a dash of water or milk if you don`t want the sauce to be too thick at the end. Spread the cream and onion mixture on the schnitzel. Then at 180 ° C forced air in the oven. If you don`t like the surface too dark, you can cover the dish with a lid or aluminum foil for the first 20 minutes. The turkey schnitzel takes about 30-40 minutes, the pork schnitzel a little longer (about 60 minutes).

Rice and lettuce taste great with this, but a simple baguette is also delicious.
