First, clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Also peel the onions, cut in half and cut into half rings.
Now preheat a pan and then add the oil. Now briefly sear the ham cubes on all sides over medium heat. Then add the mushrooms and onions and fry for about 2 minutes.
Then add the spices and deglaze everything with the white wine and the stock.
Let the whole thing simmer again for about 7-8 minutes and serve hot with the steak.
