Heat 50 g butter, milk and 200 ml water lukewarm. Mix yeast with sugar until liquid.
Put 500 g flour, 1 teaspoon salt, yeast and milk mixture in a bowl and knead into a smooth dough.
Let rise for 1 hour.
In the meantime, peel and finely dice the onions. Heat 1 teaspoon butter and fry the bacon. Add onions and fry until golden brown. Season with pepper. Let cool down.
Here everyone can decide whether I want just onions or just bacon or both. It always tastes hearty.
Knead the bacon mixture or just onions briefly into the dough and form the dough into 2 rolls. Shape each roll into 7 triangles or balls and flatten them a little. Make a cut and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Dust with a little flour and cover and let rise for approx. 10-15 minutes.
Then bake in the preheated oven and at 175 degrees circulating air for about 20 minutes.
