Instructions

1. Drain the mushrooms. Peel, halve and slice the onions. If necessary, wash the schnitzel and pat dry. Cut the meat into thick strips.
2. Mix everything and pour into a large baking dish. Mix the cream, chili sauce, a little salt and cayenne pepper and pour over, mix.
3. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
4. Sprinkle the casserole with cheese. With an electric stove: 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C / gas: push level 3 into the tube for approx. 45 min.
5. Wash and finely chop the parsley and sprinkle over it before serving.
