Ingredients
- 1 can mushrooms, whole
- 3 vegetable onion (s) (approx. 1 kg)
- 1.2 kg turkey schnitzel
- 400 g whipped cream
- 2 bottles hot chili sauce (180 ml each)
- salt
- 200 g cheese (Gouda), rated
- some stalks parsley
- Cayenne pepper

- Drain the mushrooms. Peel, halve and slice the onions. If necessary, wash the schnitzel and pat dry. Cut the meat into thick strips.
- Mix everything and pour into a large baking dish. Mix the cream, chili sauce, a little salt and cayenne pepper and pour over, mix.
- Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
- Sprinkle the casserole with cheese. With an electric stove: 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C / gas: push level 3 into the tube for approx. 45 min.
- Wash and finely chop the parsley and sprinkle over it before serving.
