Instructions

  1. Cut the neck into 1/2 cm slices. Finely grate the onions and mix with the other ingredients and spices. Put the mixture in a large mold (plastic) and put in the neck steaks and marinate overnight.
  2. Grill the neck slices!
  3. Serve with coleslaw, baked potatoes with a quark, yogurt or sour cream dip.
