Halve the onions lengthways and thinly slice lengthways. Heat the oil in a pan or saucepan and sauté the onions. Then add the miracle seasoning and coconut milk. Cook on low heat with the lid closed for about 5 minutes.
Add 1 teaspoon of horseradish and stir vigorously. Let cook until you want to bite. After the cooking time I added the second teaspoon of horseradish and let the dish steep for another 5 minutes with the stove switched off and the lid closed.
For me this is a complete meal.
You can experiment with the miracle seasoning and the horseradish as you like.
