Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into rings and season with cinnamon, cloves, peppercorns and salt. Fry in sunflower oil for 10 minutes. Deglaze with balsamic vinegar, add the honey and glaze the onions for 4 - 6 minutes.
  2. The onion vegetables go well with grilled and hearty fried foods.
