Instructions

  1. Steam the peeled onions in butter or margarine and broth for about 20 minutes.
  2. Melt the butter or margarine with the sauce and fill up with milk. Mix the Mondamin in the cream, add to the broth and mix into the sauce and season with salt, paprika and sugar.
  3. Put the onions in the sauce.
  4. These tasty vegetables can be served with liver, steak or chops.
