Squeeze the oranges, put the juice and pulp in a small saucepan. Chop the apples and add them to the saucepan with the spices. Bring everything to the boil briefly and let it soften a little. Puree briefly. Peel the bananas, cut into slices and fold into the hot applesauce.
The dessert is prepared just before serving, as it should be eaten warm. Of course, it also tastes chilled.
