Grease a loaf pan (20-25cm) and line it with baking paper.
Sieve flour and baking powder into a bowl and then stir in sugar, bananas, lemon peel, orange peel, nuts, and cranberries. Mix the orange juice, eggs and oil together and add to the rest. Stir until you get a smooth dough.
Pour the batter into the mold. Bake at 180 degrees (preheated, top / bottom heat) for about 1 hour. Let cool on a wire rack.
Mix the powdered sugar with a little water and then spread the icing on the cake.
