Peel one ripe banana, cut it into slices and put it in a blender. We also peel one medium orange, disassemble it into slices and also put it in a blender.
Cut off the edges of one medium cucumber and cut into slices like a banana. We send the cucumber to the blender. Peel 10-15 g of ginger, rub on a fine grater and add to a blender.
Put a few leaves of any salad there. If the salad is in a pot, then about half of the total. Add a large handful of spinach.
Add half a glass of thinner: vegetable milk, kefir, yogurt, or water. We like it with coconut milk. Whisk until smooth and you get about 750 ml of fruit and vegetable smoothie with ginger.
