Instructions

  1. Wash oranges thoroughly, dry them and rub the peel off. Halve the oranges and squeeze out the juice.
  2. Mix the creme fraiche with the orange peel and juice. Stir in the cream cheese.
  3. Season the dip with salt, pepper and sugar.
  4. Tastes particularly good with grilled poultry or fish.
