Instructions

  1. Peel the grapefruit and cut into pieces. Peel the oranges and cut them into pieces. If you like, you can cut the fruit into fillets.
  2. For the dressing, stir together the honey and yoghurt until smooth. For the topping, the almonds can be roasted in the pan without fat.
  3. Pour the grapefruit and orange into dessert bowls or plates, pour the sauce over them and sprinkle with almonds and raisins. If you like, you can also use rum raisins.
