For the dressing:
- 80 g yourt
- 1 teaspoon honey
For the topping:
- almond
- raisins

- Peel the grapefruit and cut into pieces. Peel the oranges and cut them into pieces. If you like, you can cut the fruit into fillets.
- For the dressing, stir together the honey and yoghurt until smooth. For the topping, the almonds can be roasted in the pan without fat.
- Pour the grapefruit and orange into dessert bowls or plates, pour the sauce over them and sprinkle with almonds and raisins. If you like, you can also use rum raisins.
