- 1 lime (s) or /2 lemon
- 60 g suar
- 1 tablespoon orange liqueur
- 1 teaspoon, heaped cornstarch
- 200 g natural yourt

- Fillet 3 oranges, peel the orange with a knife, completely removing the white skin. Cut out the pulp from between the separating membranes and collect the juice that escapes. Squeeze the lime (or half a lemon). Squeeze the last orange in the same way.
- Now put the orange juice that leaked out during filleting with the sugar in a saucepan and simmer until everything is light brown and caramelized. Then immediately add the orange liqueur and lemon juice.
- Mix the juice of each squeezed orange with the cornstarch and add to the simmering sauce. Bring everything to the boil and set aside. Carefully fold in the orange wedges and let everything cool down.
- Divide the yoghurt between 2 dessert bowls and pour orange compote on each one.
