Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt, 3.5% fat or half fat
  • 1 orange (blood)
  • 1 teaspoon honey, depending on your taste
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Put the yogurt in a cereal bowl. Peel the orange, removing the whites with a knife. Cut the orange into fillets or slices and add to the yogurt. Garnish with the honey (more or less depending on the sweetness you want) and a pinch of cinnamon.
