Ingredients
- 200 g natural yourt
- 1 lemon (s), juice it
- 2 tablespoon oil, (sunflower oil)
- 1 small shallot (s), very finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chives, very finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, whiter
- 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
- Cayenne pepper

- Mix the natural yoghurt with lemon juice and whip with the oil. Stir in shallot and chives, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and cayenne pepper and stir everything well.
